However We careful, there may be situation arise, where we are informed by the Doctor to get admitted to Hospital, then We should Call the 24 hour help-line for assistance - Star Health Toll free Number 1800 425 2255 / 1800 102 4477 ( Number available on Ur Back of the ID Card) Inform the ID number/or Ur Policy Number for easy reference inform who is admitted, which Hospital the admission is made, when he is admitted/going to be admitted, reason for the admission. U will get claim Number to Ur Mobile by SMS. Star Health claim relation cell also informs U about Ur Room rent eligibility and other details. Be ensure that U stay within Ur room Rent eligibility, so that claim has settled in full at the maximum. Particularly more in the case of Senior citizen Red carpet Policy.
